    Heading through Nissequogue, Head of the Harbor, Stony Brook, Setauket, and Old Field.

    Moderate B pace, wait-ups as needed.

    Please bring plenty of snacks and water, we'll have a snack stop at West Meadow Beach.

    Any ride changes will be posted by 7 am the morning of the ride.

    Ill be riding to the start, eta is 8:45.
