The Cannondale Scalpel 4 was released in 2008 and costs $2,499 brand new. This is a full-suspension mountain bike with an aluminum Fox Float RP2 frame. It comes with Mountain Mix components, including a Cannondale XC3 Si stem, a Cannondale HeadShok Si headset and SRAM X.7 Trigger shifters. It has 9 speeds and has a SRAM X.9 derailleur. It comes with Maxxis Monorail XC tires (26in x 2in) and disc WTB Speed Disc XC rims.
